Meet Your Inspector

My name is Ronald Hawkins. I have lived in Nassau County for over 25 years and prior to that, I lived in Duval County for several years. As a long-time home owner, I understand the anxieties that come with owning and maintaining a home. I will take the time you need to answer any questions you may have and make sure that you are comfortable with the inspection process.

My Experience

As a  Florida Licensed  Professional Home Inspector since 2011 with a background as a Home Energy Auditor from 2008-2015, I am trained to see things that you may not. I understand how the systems of a home work together.

I am a member of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi). I follow their comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors and a strict Code of Ethics.

My Wife and Office Manager

We've been married for over 30 years and love working together! She's my partner and my best friend. You're likely to speak with her on the phone and even meet her at your inspection.

My Goal 

My goal is to Help you Safeguard Your Investment, by providing you with information that you need in order to make an informed decision on one of the largest investments of your life. My job is not just to tell you what problems may be found with a house, but to educate and inform you about caring for the place you are hoping to make into your home.
